What Kind of Service???


Effective 16th June 2007, RAPID KL will be discontinuing Single Journey Manual Tickets.
*Please do not inconvenience yourself queuing for the single journey ticket.Choose the smarter way of having the Monthly Travel Card (MTC) ,Stored Value Ticket (SVT) or Touch N Go (TnG).

A. Monthly Travel Card (MTC)
Rail RM 90
Benefits: a. Great savingsb. Unlimited Travel for the month at RAPID KL rail & bus.c. Once a month queueing for purchase of MTC.d. Purchase can be done from 24th of the month before until 7th of the month.e. MTCs can be purchased from all LRT stations, bus hubs and selected post offices within the Klang Valley.f. Products available : Rail MTC (RM90)Bus MTC (RM80)Integrated Rail & Bus MTC (RM125)

B. Stored Value Ticket (SVT)
FREE CardMinimum Stored Value RM10
Benefits: a. Fast & Convenient b. Less hassle preparing for small changec. Easy budget for weekly / monthly travellingd. Multiple trips in one card e. Minimum stored value of RM10

C. Touch N Go (TnG)
Cost of Card RM10 DepositMinimum Stored Value RM10
Benefits: a. 1 common card can be use atTolls, parking, theme park etc.
The above details is from rapidkl, but do u think this system work well?? The ticket machine always down, only can pay by coins, so passenger got not choice have to Q all the way like the above photo, especially working hours, super long Q, all stuck at train station to get their one way ticket.
Talking about Touch N Go, the system detecter oso super giving us problem.cannot detect, and maybe 6 exits only 2 TnG can used.What a lousy & Low standard they give..
Only know increase the fares, but no maintainance at all, train always have problem..

it is really lousy service provided. those officer there really make me angry when my touch n go could not function well. their working attitude make me really frustrated.
